Crystal B. And Her Husband Thought Of Themselves as Experienced Timeshare Owners Until Things Went Sour

Crystal B. and her family were content with their timeshare and rarely had issues, but then the timeshare company became greedy and took advantage of them through upgrades. Below is a first-hand account from Crystal on her experience with the timeshare industry. We hope her story will enlighten you on how the timeshare companies often mislead and entrap innocent and unsuspecting clients. The names of people and companies have been changed or omitted due to privacy concerns.

“We had our timeshare for years with no problems until recently when they tried to pull a fast one on us and fed us countless lies. They convinced us to upgrade to a higher points system, which they promised would pay for our maintenance fees, essentially saying our fees would be paid for free.”

Knowing this sounded too good to be true, Crystal spoke up and questioned the representative why the timeshare company would pay her money to pay off their maintenance fees.

“This didn’t make sense at all, so I asked them why they would pay me to pay my maintenance fees. And they told me it was an ‘appreciation act’ from the company. Come to find out, it was just more lies and deceitfulness from that representative. Our maintenance fees were never paid for and actually, they increased the price on us.”

During that same meeting, Crystal was told by the timeshare representative not to mention anything about this deal to the closing agent who had her sign the paperwork. Not putting all these lies together until it was too late to get out, Crystal later tried to reach out to the higher-ups of her timeshare company but had no compassion shown towards her situation. This is when she decided she had enough of her timeshare and began looking for a way out.

“I first came across WFG through a television commercial. They seemed like they knew what they were talking about and mentioned several stories similar to my own. Working with them was a wonderful time. They were experienced in this field and very quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. We were very happy with the results.”

Crystal reached out to us for help. We were able to assist Crystal in terminating her timeshare and getting her a refund for her upgrade all within only 6 months.* Now that she is living free of timeshare stress, Crystal looks forward to a future full of easy and peaceful vacationing.

If you know someone whose timeshare experience is similar to Crystal’s, please feel free to pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
